Alpha PLUS EDI – Advanced Water Purification for Your Laboratory Needs
The Alpha Plus EDI by Labwater is an all-in-one water purification system designed to deliver type 2 pure water to a central loop with flow rates ranging from 60 to 400 liters per hour. Engineered for durability, efficiency, and sustainability, it offers a compact, modular design that integrates seamlessly into laboratories of any size. Equipped with Electro deionization (EDI) Module: Continuous deionization delivers consistent ultrapure water with minimal maintenance, achieving resistivity >15 MΩ·cm.
Key Features:
- High-Performance Filtration: Equipped with advanced pre-treatment, reverse osmosis (RO), Electro Deionization (EDI) and UV-flow through disinfection technology to ensure optimal water quality. System contains all necessary components for process monitoring like digital flow meters, pressure sensors and a pressure probe.
- Convenient Format: system is fitted in a space saving cabinet with transparent door. Cabinet dimensions of (W x D x H): 1000x600x1800 mm allow easy delivery through standard doors. Cabinet provides IP 55 protection, which allows the system to be placed in non-optimal environment.
- Customizable Options: Enhance functionality with features like UV disinfection or booster pumps with constant pressure control.
- Eco-Friendly Design: Minimizes water waste through concentrate recycling, making it cost-effective and sustainable.

the feed water - Reverse osmosis unit: Retains salts and organic and inorganic impurities

- 10” Touch display: Displays and controls all operation and performance parameters
- Wi-Fi – Easy remote monitoring via VNC connection
- Pressure probe for an exact tank measurement in 1% steps
